Risk assessment and work environment
As a consultant, it is important that you feel safe and secure in your assignment. Therefore, at the start of your assignment, you will be given a walkthrough of the risk assessment that has been carried out. If anything occurs during the assignment—such as a near miss, accident, stress-related situation, or perceived shortcomings in the work environment—this must always be reported.
In the event of work environment–related incidents or questions, you must immediately contact both:
- the on-site contact person at the client, and
- your consultant manager at Framtiden.
All perceived deficiencies in the work environment must be taken seriously and reported so that necessary measures can be taken in a timely manner.
