Probationary Employment and Permanent Employment

As a consultant at Framtiden, the most common form of employment is a probationary period, which then transitions into a permanent employment contract.

When you sign your employment contract, it will specify the start and end dates of your probationary period. If you remain employed when the probationary period expires, your employment will automatically transition into a permanent position without the need to sign a new contract. 

Your notice period as a probationary employee is two weeks for both you and us as the employer.
Your notice period as a permanent employee is one month for both you and us as the employer, until you have been employed with us for a total of two years, including your probationary period.
